Back Orders and Out of Stock Items: Sometimes we run out of a particular item. We will ship all items in stock and ship the back ordered item as soon as we get it. There will not be an additional shipping charge for the back ordered items.

Missing or Incorrect Items in Order: In case we accidentally make a mistake when packing an order and you get the wrong item or a missing item. If this happens, please notify us immediately. We will make sure you get the correct items as soon as possible.

Returned Merchandise: If for some reasons you would like to return any of our merchandise, it can be returned within 30 days from the purchase date for refund or exchange. The merchandise must be unused, in resalable condition, and in the original package. Please do not write anything on the package. If an item is defective, please include a separate note explaining this. S/H fees are not refundable. Shipping costs for returned items are your responsibility unless it is our error. No returns on partially assembled kits. All sales on discontinued merchandise are final.

Manufacturing Defects: We will replace any defective parts in our kits and parts. If the manufacturer of a defective product has a technical support or warranty line, please contact them directly for assistance. All Hitec radio products must be returned to Hitec.

Limits of Responsibility: We cannot be held responsible for any type of crash damage. We are also not responsible for improperly installed or misused of products. Correct electrical polarity and servo orientation must be observed.

Email and Privacy Policy: When you order from us you can be assured of privacy, without your permission, we do not share or sell our customer list to anyone.
