How to Order

1) Online:
Best and fastest way to receive your order is by ordering through our secured online system.

As soon as your order is received, it goes directly to our shipping department to be packed and shipped. Generally, we ship out the packages (in-stock items) on the same business day that we receive the order depending on the number of orders received. Due to high volume of sales during holidays, your order can take a few more days to be processed. Domestic orders will be shipped via Priority Mail by US Postal Service - usually takes about 7-10 business days.

Rush Orders: Rush orders available by Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air by UPS. Please indicate the type of rush order you need in the "comment" box when you fill in the shipping information on the order page. Please allow 1 extra business day to process your order before it can be shipped.
Rush order shipping fees:
Order Subtotal Up to $250 is actual UPS Charge plus additional charge $5 (for Saturday Delivery add extra $15)
Order Subtotal Over $250 is actual UPS Shipping Charge (no additional charge).

For your convenience, you may use our order form (PDF File) to order or follow the steps below:
1. Your name
2. List items
3. CA residents add 7.25% Sales tax to the subtotal of your order
4. Include S/H fees
5. Billing, shipping address & phone number
6. Credit card information. (We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card)
Name on the card, Card Numbers, CVV Code (3 digits shown at the back of the card) and the Exp/Date.

3) Mail Order:
To Purchase with Check or Money order:
For your convenience, you may use our order form to order or follow the steps below:
1. Please print out the order form and list the items you need. Or use a piece of paper.
2. Include the S/H fees
3. CA residents add 7.25% Sales tax to the subtotal of your order
4. Make check or money order payable to: Wild R/C, Inc.
5. Be sure to include the shipping address and the phone number. (Just in case we might need some clarification)
